Delicious Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites Appetizer

These Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites are a quick and easy appetizer perfect for holiday gatherings. Crispy on the outside with warm, melted brie and sweet cranberry sauce on the inside, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: chopped pecans or walnuts for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unfold the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 1-inch squares.
  3. Place a cube of brie and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling to form a small bundle and pinch the seams to seal.
  5. Brush the top of each bite with melted butter.
  6. Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd. You may need to cook in batches.
  7. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted.
  8. Garnish with chopped pecans or walnuts, if desired, and serve immediately.
