Air Fryer Sea Scallops

Delight in perfectly cooked, tender sea scallops with a golden crust, made effortlessly in the air fryer for a quick and elegant meal.

  • 1 lb sea scallops, patted dry
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss the sea scallops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until scallops are golden and opaque.
  5. Remove scallops and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve immediately.
