  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, for coating (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into a ball.
  5. If desired, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pretzels.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the cheese mixture.
