  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
  2. Spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese on each bagel half.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Optionally, sprinkle chopped fresh chives on top for added flavor and color.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Close the bagel halves and serve immediately.
