  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and Caesar dressing until smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the seared chicken breasts in the skillet.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
