  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced jalapeños for extra heat

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until fully coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the coleslaw dressing.
  3. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Divide the BBQ chicken evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
  5. Top the chicken with a generous amount of the prepared coleslaw.
  6. If desired, add sliced jalapeños for some heat.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll tightly to form wraps.
  8. Serve wraps immediately or wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
