Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter

  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
  3. Transfer the peanut butter mixture to a serving bowl and spread evenly.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer, spreading gently to cover the surface.
  6. Refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
  7. Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices for dipping.

Notes

For an extra crunch, sprinkle chopped peanuts on top of the chocolate layer before refrigerating.
