Candied Kielbasa Bites

Deliciously sweet and savory candied kielbasa bites glazed with brown sugar and honey, perfect as a quick appetizer or party snack.

  • 1 lb kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the glaze over the kielbasa slices and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the glaze to thicken and caramelize around the kielbasa.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer the candied kielbasa bites to a serving dish.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze or garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
