  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and finely diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. In a separate shallow dish, combine the chopped pecans and diced apple.
