Mouthwatering Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball

This Cheddar Ranch Cheeseball is a crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for parties and gatherings. Creamy, cheesy, and packed with ranch flavor, it’s incredibly easy to make and always a hit!

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, or other nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, green onions, and bacon.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Place plastic wrap on a flat surface. Scoop the cheese mixture onto the plastic wrap and form it into a ball.
  4. Wrap tightly with the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheeseball to firm up.
  5. Before serving, unwrap the cheeseball and roll it in the chopped pecans (if using), or serve as is.
  6. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or pretzels.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, add a dash of hot sauce or a sprinkle of paprika to the cheeseball mixture. You can also use different types of cheese, such as pepper jack or Monterey Jack.
