This Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Ball is a sweet and creamy no-bake dessert perfect for parties! It’s easy to make and everyone loves the classic combination of cheesecake and chocolate chips.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more for coating
  • Graham crackers, for serving
  • Apple slices, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips.
  3. Place a large piece of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Spoon the cheesecake mixture onto the plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Place the remaining mini chocolate chips on a plate. Unwrap the cheesecake ball and roll it in the chocolate chips until fully coated.
  5. Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For a festive touch, roll the cheesecake ball in crushed toffee or sprinkles instead of chocolate chips.
