  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar chocolate fudge topping
  • Peanut butter cups, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined.
  6. Pour peanut butter mixture into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  7. Spread chocolate fudge topping evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Garnish with peanut butter cups, if desired, before serving.
