Christmas Cookie Lasagna

This festive Christmas Cookie Lasagna layers colorful cookie dough, creamy frosting, and sprinkles to create a delightful no-bake holiday dessert perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup colorful holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Press half of the sugar cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish to form the first cookie layer.
  2. Bake the cookie layer at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth and creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  6. Spread half of the frosting evenly over the cooled cookie layer.
  7. Sprinkle half of the mini chocolate chips and holiday sprinkles on top of the frosting.
  8. Press the remaining sugar cookie dough into a second layer and bake again at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes. Cool completely.
  9. Add the second cookie layer on top of the frosting and sprinkle layer.
  10. Spread the remaining frosting over the second cookie layer.
  11. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and sprinkles for decoration.
  12. Refrigerate the cookie lasagna for at least 2 hours before serving to allow layers to set.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, add crushed peppermint candies between layers or drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
