Christmas Cool Whip Candy

This Christmas Cool Whip Candy is a festive, creamy treat that combines fluffy Cool Whip with sweet and crunchy ingredients, perfect for holiday gatherings.

  • 1 cup Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed peppermint candy canes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green and red sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, gently fold together the Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  4. Combine the melted white chocolate with the Cool Whip mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Fold in the crushed peppermint candy canes, reserving a few for garnish if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candy and sprinkles on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Once set, cut into small squares and serve chilled.

Notes

For an extra festive touch, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top before chilling or wrap pieces individually for gifting.
