- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candy canes

Instructions
- Line a 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, gently fold together the Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Combine the melted white chocolate with the Cool Whip mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Fold in the crushed peppermint candy canes, reserving a few for garnish if desired.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed peppermint candy and sprinkles on top.
