  • 1 roll (16.5 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Unroll sugar cookie dough and press into a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp edges.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in vanilla extract and egg until well combined.
  5. Pour cream cheese mixture into the cookie crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
  8. Sprinkle with sprinkles before serving.
