Cinnamon Apple Grape Salad

A refreshing and naturally sweet salad featuring crisp apples, juicy grapes, and a hint of cinnamon for a perfect balance of flavors.

  • 2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 large apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the halved grapes and chopped apples.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon until well blended.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chopped walnuts on top for added crunch.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
  6. Serve cold as a refreshing snack or side dish.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, try adding a pinch of nutmeg or a sprinkle of chia seeds before serving.
