Boursin Cheese is a creamy, flavorful French cheese infused with garlic and herbs, perfect as a spread or appetizer accompaniment.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Boursin-style cheese (herb and garlic flavored soft cheese)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and Boursin-style cheese.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, black pepper, and salt to the cheese mixture.
  3. Mix thoroughly until smooth and all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the cheese mixture to a serving bowl or form into a cheese ball.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For an extra touch, roll the cheese ball in chopped nuts or additional herbs before chilling.
