  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond butter until a cookie dough-like consistency forms.
  2. In a serving cup, spoon half of the Greek yogurt.
  3. Add the cookie dough mixture on top of the yogurt.
  4. Layer the remaining Greek yogurt over the cookie dough.
  5. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top to garnish.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving for a firmer texture.
