  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread the minced garlic evenly over the flatbread.
  4. Evenly spread cottage cheese over the flatbread as the base layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the cottage cheese.
  6. Arrange cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and black olives on top.
  7. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh basil or chili flakes before serving. This pizza pairs well with a simple side salad.
