crab dip recipe

This creamy and flavorful crab dip is perfect for parties or a cozy night in. Serve it warm with crackers, vegetables, or bread for a delicious appetizer.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound lump crab meat, drained and picked over
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Gently fold in crab meat.
  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with crackers, vegetables, or bread.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce to the dip before baking.
