Cranberry Brie Bites

Delicious Cranberry Brie Bites

These Cranberry Brie Bites are the perfect appetizer for holiday gatherings! Flaky puff pastry cups are filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, then baked until golden brown.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the pastry into 24 equal squares.
  3. Gently press each square into the mini muffin tin cavities, forming a cup shape.
  4. Place a few cubes of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
  5. Top the brie with a spoonful of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the bites cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before carefully transferring them to a serving platter.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a festive touch, drizzle a small amount of honey over the bites after baking. You can also use different types of cheese, such as goat cheese or camembert.
