Cranberry Jalapeño Dip

This vibrant Cranberry Jalapeño Dip combines tart cranberries with a spicy kick, making it a perfect festive appetizer or party snack.

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cranberries and jalapeños and pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, honey, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as necessary.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

Serve chilled with tortilla chips or fresh veggie sticks. For less heat, reduce the amount of jalapeños or remove seeds completely.
