  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, fresh cranberries, 1/4 cup cranberry sauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well with your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  7. Serve the meatballs with the remaining cranberry sauce.
