  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup assorted crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, fresh cranberries, and softened cream cheese.
  2. Pulse the mixture until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and lemon juice until fully incorporated and fluffy.
  4. Add honey, salt, and black pepper to the mixture, then pulse a few more times to combine.
  5. Transfer the whipped feta dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra cranberries if desired.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature with assorted crackers for dipping.
