  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Spread the softened cream cheese over the chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the cream cheese and chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. About 15 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped bacon on top.
  6. Cover and cook until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
  8. Serve warm, ideally over rice, pasta, or with a side of vegetables.
