Dumpling Ramen Bowl

This Dumpling Ramen Bowl combines tender pork dumplings and savory broth with fresh vegetables and noodles for a comforting and flavorful meal perfect any day.

  • 8 pork dumplings (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs fresh ramen noodles
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 soft boiled egg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a simmer.
  3. Carefully add the pork dumplings to the simmering broth and cook for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Add the shiitake mushrooms and let cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  6. Stir baby spinach into the broth just before removing from heat until wilted.
  7. Divide noodles into serving bowls, ladle the hot broth with dumplings and vegetables over the noodles.
  8. Top with sliced green onions, a soft boiled egg if using, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra depth, add a splash of chili oil or a squeeze of lime juice before serving to brighten the flavors.
