Chicken Tenders

Crispy and juicy Chicken Tenders make a perfect snack or meal, coated in a flavorful breading and fried to golden perfection.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispy tenders, double-dip by repeating the egg and breadcrumb coating step.
