  • 1 (13.8 oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 4 oz brie cheese round
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Using a 2-inch cookie cutter or knife, cut out circles from the dough.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix with minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush each dough circle with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Arrange the dough circles in a wreath shape on the prepared baking sheet, overlapping slightly. Leave a space in the center for the brie.
  7. Place the brie round in the center of the wreath.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the brie is melted and gooey.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
