Delicious Ghost Mini Taco Pies Appetizer

These spooky Ghost Mini Taco Pies are a fun and easy Halloween treat or dinner! Made with simple ingredients, they’re perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Black olive slices for eyes and mouth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Cut pizza crust into circles using a cookie cutter or glass.
  5. Press each circle into a muffin tin.
  6. Fill each crust with the taco meat mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
  10. To create the ghost faces, spread a small amount of sour cream on each taco pie and add black olive slices for the eyes and mouth.
  11. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a layer of refried beans to the bottom of each taco pie before adding the taco meat.
