  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in salt and then gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For extra fudgy blondies, slightly underbake them. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert!
