- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Halloween Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup Halloween sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Prepare brownie batter according to package directions using oil, water, and eggs.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- Arrange Oreo cookies in a single layer over the brownie batter.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Oreos, spreading evenly.
- Sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles, if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
