  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the eggs and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Drizzle the hot honey over the eggs and cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add red pepper flakes, if desired.
