  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sugar and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until smooth.
