Mint Oreo Balls

Mint Oreo Balls are a delicious no-bake treat combining crushed Oreos with cream cheese and refreshing mint flavor, perfect for any dessert table or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies (mint flavored if available)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Crushed Oreos or green sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese and peppermint extract until well mixed.
  3. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add green food coloring if desired.
  6. Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, then place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Optionally, garnish with crushed Oreos or green sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  8. Refrigerate the coated balls until the chocolate is firm, about 15–20 minutes.

Notes

For an extra minty kick, add a few drops of mint extract to the melted white chocolate before dipping.
