  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually beat in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter filling and spread evenly.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.
