No Bake Salted Caramel Pretzel Bars

  • 2 cups pretzel twists, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir caramel sauce with sea salt and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour salted caramel evenly over the crust and spread gently.
  6. Sprinkle white chocolate chips evenly on top of the caramel layer.
  7. Place the dish in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  8. Once firm, remove from the dish using the parchment paper and cut into bars.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy your no bake salted caramel pretzel bars.
