This Peppermint Cool Whip Candy is a light and airy treat perfect for the holidays. It’s incredibly easy to make and requires just a few simple ingredients for a festive and delicious dessert.

  • 1 (8 ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Optional: Red food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently fold together the Cool Whip and powdered sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the crushed peppermint candies and peppermint extract. If desired, add a few drops of red food coloring for a more festive look.
  3. Gently fold the ingredients together until evenly distributed. Be careful not to overmix, as this can cause the Cool Whip to deflate.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop the candy mixture by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

For a softer candy, let it thaw slightly before serving. You can also drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra decadent treat!
