This Pumpkin Whipped Feta Dip combines creamy feta cheese with smooth pumpkin puree and warm spices for a deliciously savory fall appetizer or snack.

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh thyme or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta, pumpkin puree, and cream cheese.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add olive oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper; process again until well combined.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh thyme or parsley and an additional drizzle of olive oil if desired.
  6. Serve with pita chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or serve alongside your favorite spicy salsa.
