These perfectly roasted brussel sprouts are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. A simple and delicious side dish that everyone will love!

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and browned, flipping halfway through.
  5. Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of parmesan cheese during the last few minutes of roasting.
