Rotel cream cheese sausage balls

Savory and cheesy Rotel cream cheese sausage balls are a perfect appetizer combining spicy Rotel, cream cheese, and sausage for a deliciously easy bite-sized treat.

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with a spicy ranch dipping sauce or adjust the heat by using mild or hot Rotel depending on your preference.
