Smores Bark

Smores Bark is an easy no-bake treat combining chocolate, graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows into a crunchy, sweet dessert bark perfect for snack time or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers evenly over the melted chocolate.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows and white chocolate chips if using.
  6. Using a kitchen torch or broiler, toast the marshmallows until golden brown and slightly melted.
  7. Allow the bark to cool and harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  8. Break into pieces and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the bark before it sets, or add chopped nuts for crunch.
