These Smores Hand Pies are a delightful twist on the classic campfire treat. Flaky, buttery crusts filled with gooey chocolate and marshmallow – perfect for a portable and indulgent dessert!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated pie crusts
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll pie crusts and use a 4-inch round cutter or knife to cut out circles. You should get about 10-12 circles.
  3. Place half of the circles on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle each circle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows, leaving a small border around the edge.
  5. Top with the remaining pie crust circles. Use a fork to crimp the edges and seal the pies.
  6. Brush the tops of the pies with beaten egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar and graham cracker crumbs.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra smoky flavor, lightly toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch before assembling the hand pies.
