Irresistible Smores Pie

This S’mores Pie captures the classic campfire treat in a rich, decadent dessert. A graham cracker crust is filled with chocolate ganache and topped with toasted marshmallows for the perfect s’mores experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  4. In a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (or in the microwave in 30-second intervals), melt chocolate and heavy cream, stirring until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour chocolate ganache into the cooled graham cracker crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Preheat broiler.
  8. Arrange mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate ganache.
  9. Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
  10. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle with melted chocolate or sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before serving.
