spinach artichoke dip

This creamy spinach artichoke dip combines tender spinach and tangy artichokes with rich cheeses for a delicious and crowd-pleasing appetizer.

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Fold in chopped artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving with crackers or bread.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle some crushed red pepper flakes on top before baking or top with extra mozzarella for a gooey crust.
