  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or mason jar, combine the rolled oats, milk, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, chia seeds (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix well until the cream cheese is fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the chopped strawberries gently.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours) to allow the oats to soak and flavors to meld.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats and top with the remaining fresh strawberries before serving.
