Tiramisu Chia Pudding Delight

Enjoy the rich flavors of tiramisu in a healthy and convenient chia seed pudding. This no-bake dessert is perfect for a quick breakfast or a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: cocoa powder, chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine chia seeds, almond milk, cooled espresso, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir well to ensure chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
  4. Before serving, stir again to break up any clumps.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings, if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk instead of almond milk. You can also add a splash of coffee liqueur for an extra kick.
