tortilla roll-ups

These easy tortilla roll-ups are a quick and delicious snack or appetizer. Filled with savory cream cheese, cheese, and your favorite fillings, they’re perfect for parties or a simple lunch!

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos, diced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, black olives, green onions, diced tomatoes, and jalapenos (if using). Mix well until fully combined.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla.
  3. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  4. Tightly roll up each tortilla.
  5. Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick slices.
  6. Arrange the roll-ups on a platter and serve immediately, or chill for later.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture. You can also use different types of cheese or add other fillings like cooked bacon or shredded chicken.
